Cancellation Policy

• All sessions are booked and confirmed in advance. • Payment is required to confirm your booking. • Sessions are held online unless otherwise agreed. • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still conclude as planned. • Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. • Changes made less than 24 hours before the session are considered used and are not refundable. • No-shows are treated as completed sessions. • Life happens. In the case of genuine emergencies, please reach out as soon as possible. These situations are handled with care and discretion and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. • Sessions are non-refundable once booked. • Sessions are not transferable to another person. • All conversations are strictly confidential, in line with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, except where disclosure is required by law. • If you’re unsure which format is the right fit, you’re welcome to book a discovery call to explore this together — with no pressure to commit.
