Leadership and organizational assessments providing insight into leadership strengths, blind spots, and team effectiveness
Credential badge for Intelligent Leadership® Master Certified Coach certification by John Mattone Global.

Assessments

Leadership, organizational, cultural, and personality assessments to support insight, alignment, and development.

Used well, assessments create shared language, surface blind spots, and support better decisions at individual, team, and organizational levels. Used poorly, they become labels, overwhelming data, or reports that sit on shelves with little real impact.

For many people, assessments can also feel exposing or overwhelming — especially when confidentiality isn’t clearly protected or when feedback is gathered without a clear plan for action. Without trust and follow-through, even the best tools can create hesitation rather than insight.

My role is to ensure assessments are used with care, confidentiality, and intention, so insights lead to meaningful action

rather than confusion or hesitation.

I integrate organizational, leadership, cultural, and personality assessments into broader leadership, talent, and organizational development work, always grounded in context, ethical use, and how insights will actually be applied in practice.

As in medicine, in the world of personal and leadership development, prescription before diagnosis is malpractice. – John Mattone

Individual Leadership & Personality

MLEI® – Mattone Leadership Enneagram Inventory

What it reveals:
A deep Inner Core assessment revealing the internal drivers shaping leadership behavior, decision-making, and identity. It uncovers core motivations, maturity levels, and internal blockers that influence how leaders show up under pressure.

When to use:
Executive transitions, leadership identity shifts, increased responsibility, or when surface-level development no longer creates impact.

IOPT – Input Output Processing Template

What it reveals:
A cognitive and decision-style assessment that reveals how leaders process information, make decisions, and respond under pressure. It shows how Inner Core traits translate into real-time thinking patterns, communication, and action

When to use:
Ideal for leaders navigating complexity, communication challenges, or recurring stress patterns that affect decision-making and collaboration.

CPI 260® – California Psychological Inventory

What it reveals:
A work-focused personality assessment that shows how a leader’s behavior is perceived

by others. It provides objective insight into interpersonal style, leadership presence, and

alignment with executive norms.

When to use:
Best for senior leaders who need objective feedback on leadership presence, influence,

and how their impact is experienced by others in complex or high-stakes contexts.

Multi-Stakeholder

Leadership Assessments (360°)

STLI-360® – Strategic-Tactical Leadership Index

What it reveals:

Clear, actionable feedback from managers, peers, and direct reports across key leadership competencies.

When to use:

For leaders who want measurable feedback, behavior change, and alignment between intention and impact.

LeaderWatch® – Quarterly Leadership Feedback

What it reveals:

Short, targeted feedback collected quarterly to track progress and reinforce accountability over time.

When to use:

Ideal for leaders in active development, transition, or ongoing coaching who want real-time insight rather than one-off feedback.

Organizational & Cultural Assessments

CTRA-40® – Cultural Transformation Readiness Assessment

What it reveals:

An organization’s readiness for change across leadership alignment, mindset, communication, resistance patterns, and structural support.

When to use:

Best for organizations facing growth, restructuring, or cultural misalignment where change efforts risk stalling without clarity.

5CCA® – Five Cultures of Culture Assessment

What it reveals:

The dominant cultural patterns shaping how decisions are made, how people behave, and how strategy is executed.

When to use:

Ideal for fast-growing or multinational organizations navigating identity shifts, post-acquisition integration, or strategy–culture misalignment.

All assessments used in this work are part of the Intelligent Leadership® ecosystem, developed by John Mattone,  former coach to Steve Jobs, and one of the world’s most respected executive coaches.

These tools are research-based, globally used, and designed specifically for leadership and organizational development — not generic personality profiling.

Format

Assessments are never used in isolation; they are integrated into facilitated conversations, leadership development work, coaching, or organizational initiatives as needed.

Think of this as a guided, contextualized use of assessment data, not a standardized rollout.

Assessments may be used independently or as part of broader leadership development, talent strategy, or organizational development work.

Experience, approach, and perspective
behind the work

Assessments are only as valuable as the expertise behind their interpretation.

My assessment work combines over 15 years of international experience across Leadership Development, Talent, and Organizational Development with advanced training in executive coaching and assessment-based development. I am certified in organizational, leadership, cultural, and personality assessments developed by John Mattone, one of the world’s most recognized authorities in executive coaching and leadership, whose frameworks are used globally with senior executives and emerging leaders. I am proud to hold the Master Executive Intelligent Leadership® Coach certification, a credential awarded to a limited number of practitioners worldwide.

I approach assessments as part of a broader developmental process, not as isolated diagnostics. This means careful intake, clear purpose, protected confidentiality, and thoughtful interpretation that accounts for context, culture, role, and organizational reality. I work with leaders, teams, and organizations to translate assessment insights into shared language, meaningful reflection, and practical action.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a faculty member in ICF-accredited coaching programs, I bring a coaching-informed, ethical, and human-centered lens to all assessment work. This ensures assessments support growth, alignment, and sound decision-making, rather than becoming labels, overwhelming data, or reports that go unused.

What distinguishes this work is the integration of data, dialogue, and development. Assessments are not used to define people, but to support clarity, responsibility, and informed choices at individual, team, and organizational levels.

I was never a big fan of coaching. Nevertheless, Alexandra’s coaching sessions greatly impacted me. Alexandra helped me embrace the chaos of life instead of trying to control every little thing at once. As a result, my work is more enjoyable and, therefore, more efficient.

Sometimes the next step isn’t an answer —
it’s a conversation.

Many organizations sense that something needs attention long before it can be clearly named.

The work is confidential,  carefully interpreted, and grounded in your context.

whether this work could support your organization, we can start with a conversation.

No commitment. No pressure.
