About Alexandra

Empowering leaders through complexity, change, and uncertainty in today’s world

I work with clients at moments where things feel complex, uncertain, or in motion — personally, professionally, or organizationally — and clarity matters, but easy answers don’t exist.

These are moments where responsibility is real, ambiguity is unavoidable, and familiar ways of operating no longer serve.

My role is to create thoughtful, grounded spaces where people can slow down their thinking, reflect on what they’ve been carrying, and make decisions with intention, without the pressure to rush to solutions. Change often feels uncomfortable, not because something is wrong, but because something meaningful is shifting. I support clients through this phase with clarity and honesty, helping them focus on what truly matters, including their priorities, values, and the choices ahead.

My work is informed by extensive, ongoing training in leadership and coaching, including over 900 hours with leading international institutions, a postgraduate degree in Coaching, and practical business experience gained through an international career in Talent, HR, and Organizational Development, and firsthand experience building life and work across five countries.

I’m a Professional Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), certified in Embodiment Coaching, and a Master Executive Intelligent Leadership® Coach.

Alongside my client work, I serve as faculty in ICF-accredited coaching programs worldwide, where I teach and mentor future generations of coaches.

I believe meaningful change begins when certainty is questioned and reality is faced honestly.

My work is grounded in integrity, awareness, and responsibility —

toward oneself, toward others, and toward the contexts and communities we’re part of.

I don’t offer scripts or formulas. I offer thoughtful presence, honest challenge, and clarity.

Experience built across borders

My perspective has been shaped by extensive international experience.

Living and working across cultures has deepened my understanding of leadership, identity, adaptation, and decision-making in complex environments. Alongside this lived experience, I’ve completed specialized training in cross-cultural coaching and bring a culturally aware, embodied approach to my work. These experiences inform how I work today and allow me to support clients with care for context, culture, and nuance.

Start with a conversation

Sometimes the next step isn’t an answer —
it’s a conversation.

You don’t have to be in crisis to pause and reflect — sometimes clarity comes from giving important questions the space they deserve.

If something feels unclear or unresolved, we can start there.

If that resonates, I’m open to a conversation about whether working together makes sense.

No commitment. No pressure.
