The process begins with in-depth interview to understand your role, leadership style, values, aspirations, and current challenges. This includes exploring stakeholder dynamics and organizational context, and may involve alignment conversations with sponsors or key partners when appropriate.

Data-informed insight

Depending on the goals selected leadership, personality, cultural, and multi-stakeholder assessments are integrated. Proprietary tools from the Intelligent Leadership® framework are used to surface strengths, blind spots, and leadership impact across both Inner Core and Outer Core dimensions.

Interpretation & reflection

Assessment results are interpreted collaboratively, connecting data to real leadership situations, decision-making patterns, and lived experience — turning insight into meaningful understanding rather than abstract reports.

Individual Leadership Development Plan

Insights are translated into a clear, practical development roadmap focused on strengthening leadership capacity over time. This plan evolves as new challenges emerge and responsibilities shift.

This work is grounded in John Mattone’s Intelligent Leadership® Executive Coaching methodology, one of the most respected, research-based coaching frameworks used globally with senior leaders and high-potential executives. It's is used globally by organizations that require measurable leadership impact, not just insight.

This is not advice-giving or performance optimization in isolation. It is a confidential, high-trust partnership supports leaders in making sense of complexity, strengthening judgment under pressure, and translating insight into deliberate action. The work unfolds over time, typically over 6–12 months, allowing new ways of thinking and leading to be tested, refined, and embedded, rather than remaining one-off insights.

I don’t offer generic executive coaching or surface-level performance advice. I support leaders as they navigate responsibility, visibility, and high-stakes decision-making over time.

My approach is based on the Intelligent Leadership® Executive Coaching methodology developed by John Mattone and used globally with senior executives and high-potential leaders across Fortune 500 companies, public institutions, and complex international organizations. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC ICF) and a Master Executive Intelligent Leadership® Coach, a designation held by a small group of practitioners worldwide.

 

What distinguishes this work is how assessment, reflection, and action are intentionally integrated. By developing a leader’s Inner Core — values, character, and emotional maturity — we unlock stronger judgment, clearer decision-making under pressure, and leadership that builds trust and loyalty. I use leadership, personality, cultural, and multi-stakeholder assessments not as labels or stand-alone diagnostics, but as tools to surface blind spots, create shared language, and translate insight into concrete behavioral change. I don’t work with assumptions. This clarity leads to measurable, practical return on investment.

 

My perspective is shaped by over 15 years of international experience in senior roles across HR, Talent, and Organizational Development, alongside more than a decade of coaching leaders from over 35 countries. Combined with extensive training in leadership, executive coaching, embodiment, and cross-cultural awareness, this allows me to bring a calm, direct, no-nonsense, and context-aware presence to the work.
