Beyond experience, certifications, methodologies, or professional background, coaching is ultimately a very human process.
The relationship, connection, and overall dynamic between coach and client matter a lot. You need to feel comfortable enough to reflect honestly, think openly, challenge yourself, and sometimes talk about things that are not always easy to put into words.
Different coaches have different personalities, styles, energy, and ways of working. Some people are looking for a highly structured and direct approach. Others need more space for reflection, emotional processing, strategic thinking, or exploration. Most people need a mix depending on the moment.
Clients often tell me they appreciate that our conversations feel both grounded and strategic. That they can bring complexity, uncertainty, leadership pressure, personal transitions, or difficult questions into the space without feeling judged or pushed into simplistic answers.
The best way to understand whether I’m the right coach for you is usually through a conversation.
A discovery call gives us a chance to meet, explore what you’re navigating, and get a sense of whether the connection, communication style, and approach feel aligned for both of us.
Coaching and mentoring are different approaches, and I intentionally integrate both depending on your goals and situation.
As a coach, I help you develop clarity, self-awareness, confidence, and your own solutions through reflection, powerful questions, and structured conversations. The focus is not on giving advice, but on helping you navigate challenges and make decisions that are aligned with who you are and where you want to go.
As a mentor, I can also share practical insights, frameworks, observations, and lessons learned from my own experience. With 15+ years of international experience across Human Resources, Talent Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, and executive coaching, as well as living and working across multiple countries and cultures, supporting clients from +35 countries in 3 languages, I bring a perspective that many clients find valuable when navigating leadership challenges, international careers, relocation, cultural adaptation, career transitions, or professional growth.
Rather than choosing between coaching or mentoring, many clients benefit from both. Sometimes what is needed is space to think, reflect, and find your own answers. Other times, it is helpful to learn from someone who has navigated similar challenges, worked across different cultures, led international teams, and supported hundreds of professionals through periods of change and transition.
My role is to meet you where you are and provide the combination of coaching, mentoring, challenge, support, and practical perspective that will create the most value for you.
Yes. Depending on the client’s goals and context, coaching, mentoring, and consulting can sometimes be integrated thoughtfully within the same engagement.
Some situations benefit more from reflective coaching conversations focused on awareness, leadership development, and decision-making. Others may also benefit from strategic guidance, Organizational Development expertise, leadership frameworks, or practical perspective-sharing based on my international HR, Talent, and Organizational Development background.
The balance between these approaches is always discussed intentionally and adapted to the goals and boundaries of the engagement.
Confidentiality is a core part of the coaching relationship.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I follow the ICF Code of Ethics and maintain strict confidentiality standards throughout the coaching process.
This confidentiality helps create a space where clients can reflect honestly, discuss challenges openly, and explore decisions, uncertainty, leadership dynamics, and personal or professional complexity without fear of judgment or unnecessary exposure.
In organizational or corporate-sponsored engagements, communication boundaries and expectations are aligned clearly from the beginning while still maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the coaching relationship.
Yes.
I offer standalone coaching and mentoring sessions for clients seeking support with a specific challenge, decision, leadership situation, career question, or international transition.
For deeper development, long-term goals, or major life and career changes, I typically recommend a coaching or mentoring package, as meaningful change often takes place over time.
If you’re unsure which option is right for you, we can discuss it during a chemistry call.
If you are ready to book your session, feel free to schedule
Most coaching engagements take place virtually, allowing me to work with clients internationally across different countries and time zones.
At the same time, I am also available to travel for in-person coaching sessions, leadership facilitation, workshops, and organizational consulting engagements depending on the scope and location of the project.
Some clients prefer fully virtual coaching, while others benefit from combining online and face-to-face sessions, especially during leadership offsites, organizational transformation initiatives, executive team work, or periods of significant transition.
I work with clients in English, Spanish, and Russian.
Most coaching sessions are 60 minutes long unless otherwise agreed based on the format of the engagement, organizational project, or workshop structure.
Sessions begin and end at the agreed time to respect both the client’s and coach’s schedule and commitments.
The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the goals, context, and level of support needed.
Most clients typically meet either weekly or biweekly, especially during periods of active transition, increased complexity, organizational change, or leadership development.
Some clients prefer a more intensive short-term process around a specific challenge or decision, while others choose a longer-term rhythm focused on sustained growth, leadership effectiveness, and ongoing reflection.
The structure is always adapted intentionally based on the client’s pace, priorities, and environment.
Clients are welcome to reschedule sessions provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation or rescheduling request made with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, may result in the session being considered completed.
At the same time, life happens. In cases of genuine emergencies or unexpected circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible. These situations are approached with care, understanding, and discretion and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Sessions are non-refundable once booked.
If I need to reschedule a session, I will communicate this as early as possible and work collaboratively to find a new suitable time.
The intention behind these agreements is not rigidity, but creating mutual respect, commitment, consistency, and a protected space for the coaching process to unfold meaningfully.
Payment is typically made in full before the beginning of the coaching engagement or through previously agreed installment arrangements depending on the format and scope of the work.
For organizational consulting, workshops, leadership development programs, or customized engagements, payment structure and agreements are aligned individually based on the project.
Yes. International and cross-cultural environments are a central part of my work.
I have supported clients from more than 35 countries and bring both professional and lived international experience into the coaching and consulting process.
Having lived and worked across different countries and cultural environments myself, I understand how leadership, communication, identity, relationships, and decision-making can become more complex across cultures and international contexts.
I regularly work with leaders, executives, and professionals navigating global organizations, multicultural teams, relocation, and international career transitions.
The best starting point is usually an introductory conversation.
This initial session allows us to explore what you are navigating, what type of support may be most useful, and whether the coaching relationship feels like the right fit.
Some clients come with a very clear goal or challenge, while others simply know that something feels complex, unclear, unsustainable, or ready for change.
From there, we can determine together whether a single session, a longer coaching engagement, mentoring, consulting, or another format would best support your goals and context.
A chemistry call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore whether coaching or mentoring would be a good fit.
We’ll discuss what brings you to coaching, the goals or challenges you’re currently facing, and what you’re hoping to achieve. I’ll also explain how I work, answer any questions you may have, and help you determine whether my approach is the right fit for your needs.
There is no preparation required, no commitment to continue, and no expectation that you already have everything figured out. Many clients come to the call with a general sense that something needs to change, but without complete clarity on what that looks like yet.
The goal is simply to have an open conversation, explore possibilities, and see whether working together feels like the right next step for both of us.
I work with clients in:
English
Spanish
