Mentoring
An experience-informed partnership offering guidance, perspective, thoughtful challenge, and honest reflection.
There are moments when questions aren’t just about what to do next, but how to think
about what’s happening — and who you want to be as you move forward.
Mentoring offers a space to step back, gain perspective, and think strategically about career direction, leadership choices,
and next steps — grounded in real-world experience.
This work is for people who value context, nuance, and lived insight, and who want a partner who can reflect back what they see, name patterns, and offer grounded perspective shaped by real-world experience.
Clients often use mentoring to clarify their next career move, strengthen their professional voice, navigate complex transitions, or make decisions they don’t want to make alone.

Coaches
Who want to take their practice to the next level, integrate coaching skills into other professional identities (such as HR, consulting, or Learning & Development), or find their own voice in a new or evolving profession.
Women working in male-dominated environments
Who want to develop and use their authentic voice with confidence, clarity, and credibility in contexts where visibility, influence, and decision-making carry real weight.
How mentoring is different
Mentoring is not coaching — and it’s not consulting.
Mentoring adds an experience-informed lens. I may share observations, reflections, or perspectives drawn from my own professional and international journey — always thoughtfully, and always in service of your goals.
This is a collaborative partnership where:
-
You bring your questions, challenges, and ambitions
-
I bring experience, perspective, thoughtful challenge, and honest reflection
There are no scripts or formulas. The value comes from dialogue, sense-making, and perspective you don’t have to generate alone.
Mentoring format
Mentoring is offered as individual 1:1 sessions, which can be used:
-
As standalone conversations
-
Or as part of an ongoing, flexible mentoring relationship
When this is a good fit
Mentoring is particularly valuable for professionals, coaches, and leaders navigating meaningful decisions, responsibility, and transition — moments when experience-informed perspective matters as much as reflection.
This work often resonates with:
Experience, approach, and perspective
behind the work
My perspective as a mentor is shaped by 15 years of global experience across HR, Talent, and Organizational Development, often in environments where decisions carried real consequences and there was little room for theory without practice. I’ve held senior leadership roles, built and evolved an active coaching practice, and navigated multiple professional reinventions of my own — sometimes at the same time.
I’ve navigated my share of high-stakes conversations — negotiating roles, redefining scope, and sometimes helping create positions that didn’t exist yet because the standard path wasn’t the right fit. That experience shapes how I support clients who are navigating change and designing what’s next, instead of settling for what’s already available.
Alongside experience, this work is supported by deep and ongoing professional training in leadership and coaching with leading international institutions. I hold multiple certifications and accreditations, including Professional Certified Coach by International Coaching Federation, Master Executive Intelligent Leadership® Coach, and Embodiment Coach. These were not pursued as credentials for their own sake, but to build a practical, flexible toolbox I can draw from and share with my clients — adapting the approach to what they actually need, not forcing a single model.
I also serve as faculty in ICF-accredited coaching programs, where I teach and mentor future generations of coaches.
I’ve lived through career transitions across countries, and industries, while also sitting on the other side of the table in recruitment, talent strategy, and leadership selection. That dual perspective matters. It means I understand not just how careers should work, but how they actually unfold — what decision-makers look for, where people get stuck, and how credibility is built (or lost) in real situations.
This combination of my own lived transitions, leadership experience, and coaching and consulting work with clients from over 35 countries allows me to offer mentoring that is both strategic and practical. The focus is on helping you think clearly, make grounded choices, and move forward with intention — with guidance that’s honest, applicable in a way that fits who you are and the realities you’re navigating.
