behind the work
The Intelligent Leadership® Online Academy is grounded in the Intelligent Leadership® framework developed by John Mattone and used globally with senior leaders and high-potential talent. The methodology is built on an inside–outphilosophy: strengthening the leader first, so decisions, behaviors, and results follow naturally.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC, ICF) and a Master Executive Intelligent Leadership® Coach (World’s Top Coaching Development Programs 2026) — a designation held by a limited number of practitioners worldwide — I work with this framework both in individual executive coaching and in scalable leadership development formats.
What distinguishes this work is the intentional integration of learning, reflection, and application. ILOA focuses on developing a leader’s Inner Core: values, character, self-awareness, and emotional maturity. Strengthening this foundation supports clearer judgment, more grounded decision-making under pressure, and leadership behaviors that hold over time.
The program is research-based and globally applied, designed around small, focused actions practiced consistently — not one-off insights or motivation without follow-through.
With 15 years of international experience across HR, Talent, and Organizational Development, alongside extensive training in leadership development, executive coaching, embodiment, and cross-cultural awareness, I bring contextual sensitivity and practical grounding to this work.
I’m proud to partner with John Mattone Global and to offer the Intelligent Leadership® Online Academy as a structured, research-based leadership program for my clients.
ILOA is not about inspiration for inspiration’s sake. It is about building leadership capacity that lasts, scales, and holds under real pressure — supporting meaningful growth at both individual and organizational levels over time.

I’ve been through my share of leadership programs, and most fade the moment the session ends. Working with Alexandra was different. Her approach cut straight through the noise and got me to look honestly at how I was showing up as a leader, not just what I wanted to project.
Instead of handing me generic frameworks, she gave me clarity and a practical path I could actually act on. I came away more confident, more self-aware, and genuinely better equipped to lead through uncertainty and change.

Senior Director of Customer Success and Marketing
Erick Fenelus

She helped me find my voice at a time when everything felt new and uncertain, and gave me space to think things through without pressure. I came away feeling more confident, clear, and ready to show up as myself in this new chapter.

Alexandra’s lectures felt like a rescue in what seemed to be a hopeless situation. One of her strongest qualities is the ability to explain complex and challenging topics in clear, precise, and accessible language. After her sessions, things that previously felt confusing and intimidating became structured and understandable. She also has a remarkable ability to sense the audience, intuitively reading the participants’ state and offering feedback in the way that is most appropriate and effective in the moment.

I was never a big fan of coaching. Nevertheless, Alexandra’s coaching sessions greatly impacted me. Alexandra helped me embrace the chaos of life instead of trying to control every little thing at once. As a result, my work is more enjoyable and, therefore, more efficient.

Considering ILOA, but not sure it’s the right fit yet?
Sometimes the next step isn’t an answer —
it’s a conversation.
Leaders often come to this work with a sense that something isn’t fully landing — in their leadership impact, decision-making, or influence — even if it’s hard to name at first. That’s a valid place to begin.
If this resonates, we can start with a conversation.
No commitment. No pressure.
