ICF Colombia Summit 2026: Coaching, Leadership, and Organizational Transformation
Participation in the ICF Colombia Summit 2026, a leadership and executive coaching event organized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), focused on organizational transformation, strategic leadership, coaching culture, sustainable growth, and the evolving role of professional coaching in Latin America.

March 16, 2026
I had the opportunity to participate in the ICF Colombia Summit 2026, organized by the the Colombian chapter of International Coaching Federation (ICF), alongside coaches, organizational leaders, and professionals from across Latin America exploring the evolving role of coaching in leadership, organizational culture, and business transformation.
What I deeply appreciate about ICF spaces is the shared commitment to professional coaching standards, ethics, continuous development, and meaningful impact. In a growing industry where the term “coach” can mean many different things, organizations like the International Coaching Federation play an essential role in strengthening credibility, accountability, and professionalism within the coaching field globally.
This year’s summit focused on a powerful idea: coaching is no longer viewed only as an individual development tool, but increasingly as a strategic ally for organizations navigating complexity, cultural transformation, sustainable growth, leadership pressure, and human-centered change.
Throughout the event, conversations explored topics such as:
organizational coaching
leadership transformation
coaching cultures inside organizations
strategic leadership
sustainable impact
emotional intelligence
trust-based organizational cultures
leadership trends in Latin America
lifelong learning and adaptability
What stood out to me most was how strongly these discussions aligned with the work I support through leadership and executive coaching, leadership development, organizational development consulting, cross-cultural leadership, and leadership learning initiatives.
As an ICF PCC coach, Certified Embodiment Coach, and Intelligent Leadership® Executive Master Coach, and a member of International Coaching Federation I deeply value spaces that encourage thoughtful dialogue around how leadership is evolving and how organizations can create environments that support both performance and human development.
The summit was also a strong reminder that executive coaching and leadership development are becoming increasingly interconnected with broader organizational realities: culture, communication, talent strategy, emotional intelligence, employee experience, adaptability, and long-term sustainability.
I’m grateful to the ICF Colombia community and everyone involved in creating a space for these conversations and continuing to strengthen the coaching profession across Latin America and globally.
